Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies are shown at checkout and are determined by each vendor.
Vendor terms
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and availability. You must honor all confirmed bookings and provide services as described in your listings.
VendorSpace may charge service fees on transactions. Any fees and taxes applicable to your account are shown clearly in your vendor dashboard.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
Customer terms
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and making timely payments. You agree to respect vendor property and follow any guidelines provided by vendors.
Cancellation policies are set by individual vendors and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.
You may leave reviews and ratings for vendors after completing a booking. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on your actual experience.

VendorSpace acts as a marketplace connecting customers and vendors. We do not provide the services listed on our platform and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors.
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service or any transactions conducted through the platform. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of VendorSpace after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
